As a child, my family life wasn’t harmonious. I often felt lonely and rejected. After my father died, my relationship with my mother and older sister became even more strained. I tried to do all I could to heal the rift between us, but nothing worked.
Then my niece, Mary, became seriously ill. She was a devoted Christian but was terrified of death. She prayed every day for a miracle, begging God to heal her.

Many years ago, I went on a picnic with some friends, and we decided to go for a hike. The trail was leading uphill, and we’d soon be high up on the mountainside. This made me a little nervous because I was afraid of heights.
Two of us soon came to a cliff. My hiking partner sat near the edge, but I hung back a few feet, reluctant to get too close.

My journey in ECK started three and a half years ago.
I had been looking for a way out of the church because I needed a real connection with the Holy Spirit. On January 1, 2010, I decided that I will spend the day in prayer until I enter in contact with the Holy Spirit.
As I was praying I was also singing Holy Spirit hymns and songs. That day something special happened but I did not realize it until almost the end of the year when I met my future husband who gave me an ECK book The Call of Soul and a HU song CD.
